Full scope position servicing both candidate and client needs for a variety of Finance and Accounting positions. Recruit, screen, interview and advise candidates on open positions that meet their job change criteria and overall career plan. Over time, develop your own portfolio of client accounts or develop an industry specialty. Bachelor's degree with experience in accounting, finance, marketing, sales or customer service preferred. Need to be professional, motivated, and goal oriented. Immediate interaction with our contacts requires excellent verbal communication skills.
