Guarantees
Retained search fee guarantees are assignment dependent and may extend up to six months. Contingency placement fee guarantees are generally pro rata on a monthly basis over 90 days. Guarantees are enforceable with the timely remittance of the fee within 30 days of the start date if the candidate resigns voluntarily or is unable to perform the role as stated. If, after the first eight hours on an assignment, and with timely notification to us, a contract or temporary employee is unable to perform the responsibilities as originally described, the service will be at our expense.
